Informal Negotiations:

Binding Arbitration:
If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration conducted by an agreed-upon arbitration body in accordance with its rules. The arbitration will be limited to individual claims only and not as a class action, unless required by law.

Exceptions: Disputes regarding intellectual property rights, theft, privacy violations, or claims for injunctive relief may be resolved in court.
